Costa Blanca is not just about summer. Here you do not have to wait for the season. Here the season is always. But not every neighborhood is equally comfortable to live in all year round. We have gathered five cities that have passed the test of time, climate and life.

1. Alicante

A city where it’s easy to get on with everyday life. Everything is at your fingertips – stores, schools, doctors, public transportation, co-working spaces. 3. Benidorm

A dynamic city that does not fall asleep after the tourist season. There is always something going on here. A lot of new buildings, modern infrastructure, parks, schools, kindergartens, private clinics. Suitable for those who like active nightlife and are not looking for silence. And yes – there really is life here in winter.

4. Altea

A city where one chooses not “where to live” but “how to live”. Calm, balanced, with a compact center and quality construction. Everything here is not rushed – but everything is there. If you are close to a rhythm without fuss, without noisy parties and queues, take a closer look.

5. Calpe

For those who love cliffs, walks and beautiful architecture. Everything you need is here – doctors, banks, schools, parks. The pace is a bit slower than Benidorm, but not boring. It also has some of the best value for money in new construction.
