Lera’s expert opinion in “Ekonomichna Pravda”
Spain’s real estate market has been growing for 11 consecutive years — and continues to set new price records.
In 2025, the average price per square metre reached €2,284, the number of transactions exceeded 705,000, and prices increased by 9.5% year-on-year.
