Partners Forum 2025: a new collaboration model for the professional community

On December 6, Valencia hosted the first Partners Forum, bringing together more than 200 participants from across Spain — agents, brokers and leading real estate experts. The event served as a platform for strong networking and professional discussions about the key challenges the industry faces today: working with non-residents, legal mechanisms for property payments including crypto transactions, flipping, bank-owned assets and modern investment tools.

During the forum, Sun Haven Developers and Spanish Life Real Estate presented an updated collaboration model for the professional community — partnership programs for agents and brokers. Spanish Life announced the launch of a program that unites agents from different regions of Spain. Participants can work together, exchange clients and share expertise in core areas: sales, rentals, flipping, commercial real estate, bank-owned properties and auctions.
