Opening a bank account and NIE tax number
- Online registration of NIE tax number through a notary by power of attorney.
- Opening of a bank account in Spain (remotely or during a short visit).
- We provide instructions and guide you through the process.
Signing a notarized contract
- You can sign a notarized power of attorney for our lawyer/representative.
- We sign the contract on your behalf.
- You will receive an electronic copy of the contract immediately after signing.
Title Registration
- We register your title in the Spanish Property Registry (Registro de la Propiedad).
- We pay all taxes and fees.
- In 2-3 weeks you will officially be the owner of the property in Spain.
